This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 578 days in filing appeal against the judgment in Spl.SC.No.11 of 2015 dated 02.11.2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Mahila Court, Thiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 578 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
