By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he was erroneously appointed as a Junior Quality Inspector instead of Assistant Quality Inspector. Therefore, he sent representations dated 12.01.2013 and 04.03.2015 to the respondent. Since, it was not considered, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.Mr.G.P.Arivuchudar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. This Court, considering the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.03.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
