ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondent in his impugned proceedings made in TIN No.33534580140/2008-09, dated 21.03.2012 and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, fairly submitted that since the impugned order is of the year 2012, the petitioner may be granted 10 days time to challenge the impugned order by way of an appeal.

3. Mr.Manoharan Sundaram, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondent and also fairly

submitted that 10 days time may be granted to the petitioner for filing an appeal as against the impugned order dated 21.03.2012.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, I grant 10 days time to the petitioner for filing an appeal as against the impugned order dated 21.03.2012. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
