1. A.Khaja Mohideen ... Respondent/Appellant/Respondent/Tenant Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Honble IX-Judge, Small Cause of Court, Chennai to dispose of the R.C.A. No.77 of 2022 in RCOP No.935 of 2017 within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court For Petitioners :

Mr.E.Prabu 1/4

ORDER

The grievance of the revision petitioner is that R.C.A. No.77 of 2022 is posted for arguments from 05.08.2022 onwards. Due to noncooperation of the opposite party, the first Appellate Court is unable to dispose of the appeal filed by the respondent in the revision petition. 2.Since the rent control proceedings are going on from the year 2017, the first Appellate Court is requested to dispose of R.CA. No.77 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without causing any undue delay and by not granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties on flimsy grounds. 3.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner bought to the notice of this Court that a connected matter to this case is R.C.A.No.87 of 2022, and one month time is granted to dispose of the said appeal. Thus, the present R.C.A. is also to be disposed of within the said period since both are connected matters.

4.Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
