This petition is filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents 1 and 3 are not necessary parties and notice to the respondents 1 and 3 may be dispensed with.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
