These applications have been filed seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner and also to grant an order of interim injunction.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the defendants and perused the materials available on record.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court does not find any ground to grant an order of interim injunction and to appoint an Advocate Commissioner to inspect the premises of the first respondent. Hence, these applications are closed.
