C.M.P.No.21992 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.128376 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 302 days in filing the above CMA.SR.128376/2024.

2. Mr.D.Nitin, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and he has no objection for condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.21992 of 2024 is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

5. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.D.Nitin, as counsel for the respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
