C.M.P.No.946 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.122872 of 2022 N.MALA.J., This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous appeal against the Judgment and Decree made in MCOP.No.122 of 2021 dated 22.01.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.

2.Mr.G.K.Gaarkey Chandar, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent. Mr.S.R.Sundar, learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent/Insurance Company. Though notice was served to the 1st and 4th respondents, none appeared on behalf of them.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, therefore, the delay of 152 days is condoned.
