full salary for the duration of study and consequently to direct the respondent 1 2 & 5 to grant permission to undergo 60 days preparatory work on duty to be commenced before 29.02.2016 and for pre-registration based on the order of Advance Admission to Ph.D Programme issued by the 4th respondent in Ref.NIT/QIP(Poly)/ Ph.D/2015-16 dated 03.02.2016 by considering the proposal forwarded by 2nd respondent to 1st respondent in letter No.5962/B4/2015 dated 22.02.2016 as well as by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.02.2016.
