, J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 104 days in filing this Cross Objection in C.M.A.No.929 of 2024.

Mr.U.Chithambaram, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the first respondent and did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 104 days in filing the above cross objection is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.U.Chithambaram, learned counsel for the first respondent in the cause list.

5. Registry is also directed to number the Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
