The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in its order dated 10.07.2024 and made in Crl.O.P.No.16256 of 2024 to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
