This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time to comply with the conditions as directed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1173 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply the conditions as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order of granting anticipatory bail shall stands automatically dismissed. No further extension will be granted to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
