Mr.T.Venkatesh Kumar, Special Government Pleader, takes notice. Earlier the contempt petition filed by the petitioner was closed by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application under Section 153 Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act before the revisional authority as was ordered by this Court dated 27.06.2022 is within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It appears that petitioner failed to file the application in time and therefore. He has thereto filed this application under Section 151 of CPC for extension of time. The application was filed on 07.11.2022. Considering the fact that, no adverse order being passed and some time has expired, I am inclined to allow this application by extending the period by another two weeks from today.

2. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
