ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner against the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by this Court in W.A.No.2364 of 2022.
2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, by placing on record the order dated 5.12.2022 of the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.9007 of 2022 arising out of SLP (C) No.20361 of 2022, submitted that the judgment passed in W.A.No.2364 of 2022, dated 19.10.2022, has been set aside by the Apex Court and, therefore, the contempt petition may be dismissed.
3. In view of the order dated 5.12.2022 passed by the Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.9007 of 2022 setting aside of the judgment of this Court dated 19.10.2022 passed in W.A.No.2364 of 2022, the contempt petition is dismissed.
There will be no order as to costs.
