ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in S.C.No.21/2019 (CS) dated 04.10.2019 detaining her husband as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"Black Marketer", as contemplated under The Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Central Act 7 of 1980).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.238 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E2) Department, dated 26.10.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
