This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the 1st respondent police not to proceed with in S.C.No.197 of 2015, till the disposal of Crl.O.P.No.20453 of 2015 and W.P.No.825 of 2017 by this Hon'ble Court.
