Since the main prayer in the CRP itself is to seek for a direction for speedy disposal of H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Judge, Thiruvannamalai, the learned counsel seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the production of certified copy of the petition in H.M.O.P.No.72 of 2014.
