ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The limited direction in the order passed in W.P.No.1847 of 2025, dated 21.02.2025, is to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.02.2024 and pass orders on merits.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(D) No.1133, Home (Prison-IV) Department, dated 02.09.2025, wherein the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected.

3.In view of the aforesaid development, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
