Crl.R.C.No.1771 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

This Court vide order dated 20.11.2023 partly allowed the above Criminal Revision petition and suspended the sentence imposed by the Courts below with a direction to the petitioner to pay the fine amount along with a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Cancer Institute on or before 11.12.2023 and posted the criminal revision on 12.12.2023 under the caption 'For Reporting Compliance'.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 20.11.2023 has been complied with.

3. Accordingly, no further orders is required in this Criminal Revision Petition.
