This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the present Civil Revision Petition.
2. Despite service of notice, none appeared for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that only after receipt of the summons in the Execution Proceedings, he came to know about the exparte decree passed in the suit and hence the delay had occurred and the same is not willful nor wanton.
3. Considering the nature of the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with this petition and taking note of the dispute between the parties, this petition is Ordered and the delay is condoned.
