Crl.M.P. No.13635 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.18901 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Para.8(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.18901 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that in view of the condition, he is unable to attend normal duties and he is complying the conditions without fail, therefore, this Court is inclined to modify the condition 8(b) imposed against the petitioner. Accordingly, the condition 8(b) is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.00a.m on every 1st day of English calender month for the period of three months, the other conditions imposed by this Court are remain intact.
