The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Special CBCID, Coimbatore once in two months i.e. 1st day of every two months until further orders passed by this Court in Crl.M.P. No.9466 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.26982 of 2022, dated 17.07.2023.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
