The Criminal Revision is filed against the order of the lower court in Crl.MP.No.1816 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 on the file of the learned XVIII, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and direct the 3rd respondent to register the FIR complaint dated 15.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case bundle.

3. Recording the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal revision case is dismissed as

withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
