This petition has been filed to relax the condition that para (3) the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 am apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of trial ordered in Crl.M.P.No.7264 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.26929 of 2023 dated 04.06.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative Saturdays for the period of two months. Accordingly, ordered.
