TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The award passed by the Trial Forum for a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- is under challenge. The case is represented by counsel for the appellant Mr.S.Arunkumar and Mr.G.B.Saravanabhavan, Area Manager, legal, both of them make the settlement that the case had already been settled amount already deposited. In this view, nothing survives in this appeal and on that basis, the appellant makes an endorsement that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed, recorded.
