The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Crime No.96 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 417, 294(b), 323, 354A, 355 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.It is stated that the defacto complainant had married one Athithan on 13.05.2018. At that time, gold, cash and car was given as dowry. It is also stated that the said Athithan died unfortunately. 3.In the complaint, the defacto complainant has stated that the petitioners who are in-laws of her, have physically abused her and taken photographs of her and also demanded further dowry. 4.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the only aim of the defacto complainant was to grab the property. 5.However, the previous anticipatory bail has been dismissed on 15.09.2023 and it is seen that there is no change in circumstances. 6.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
