Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the file of the third respondent, relating to the order, dated 21.12.2015, in Ref.Na.Ka.No.300 of 2015, and to quash the same, and consequently, to direct the third respondent to issue building permission/license to the petitioner for putting up the construction, as sanctioned by the Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority, by order, dated 08.10.2015.
