ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 758 days in representing of the above CMP Sr No.64537, 64538 of 2017 & 144762 of 2019 in SA No.257 of 2007.

2. Heard both sides. There is no serious objection in ordering this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and in order to give a chance to the petitioners and considering the number of days in delay, it is appropriate to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the petitions in CMP Sr No.64537, 64538 of 2017 & 144762 of 2019, if it is otherwise in order and list the same along with the SA No.257 of 2007 on 10.07.2026. Registry is also directed to delete the name of Mr.R.Margabandhu, learned counsel for the appellant in main appeal and print the name of Ms.R.T.Sundari.
