This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14863 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the credit of Crime No.348 of 2024 and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
