Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, I am inclined to grant leave to the petitioner to pursue the Appeal against the Judgment of the Trial Court (Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court -V, Saidapet, Chennai) in C.C.No.3675 of 2012 dated 30.06.2023.
