Crl.O.P.No.8161 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.SR.50085 of 2023 M.DHANDAPANI.J., This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to prefer an appeal from the order of acquittal passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-V, Saidapet, Chennai in CC.No.1060 of 2012 dated 30.06.2023.

2. The petitioner herein is the petitioner/complainant in CC.No.1060 of 2012 and he has filed a private complaint against the respondent. The learned Judicial Magistrate-V, Salem dismissed the petition after hearing both sides. As against the order of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-V, Saidapet, Chennai, the petitioner has filed the Criminal Original Petition before this Court, seeking leave to file an appeal.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the grounds made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and this Court is inclined to grant leave.

4. Special Leave is granted.
