Crl.MP.No.14453 of 2019 in Crl.OP.SR.No.49872 of 2019 B.PUGALENDHI.J., This petition is filed to dispense with the certified copy of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.20374 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition was moved along with another accused in Crl.MP.No.20374 of 2019. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai passed common order in Crl.MP.Nos.20374 and 20530 of 2019 along with the application filed by the co-accused. The coaccused have taken away the certified copy of the order and therefore, this petitioner could not get a certified copy of the order passed in Crl.MP.No.20374 of 2019. Since the petitioner is in jail, the counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the order.
3. Considering the reasons assigned in this petition, the dispense with petition is ordered.
