This petition has been filed to extend the time to deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- in Crime No.791 of 2024, as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17897 of 2024 by order dated 30.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to financial constrain unable to mobilise the funds in time and also considering other aspects, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for another one month. Accordingly, ordered.
