This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and decree made in M.C.O.P.No.127 of 2021 dated 22.01.2022 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Additional District Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattinam.

2.Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of R3.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 152 days is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 152 days, in the appeal.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

5. Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.P.Suresh Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for R3 in the cause list at the time of admission.
