This application has been filed to modify the condition imposed to the petitioner in Para 7(a) in Crl.O.P.No.

20716 of 2024 on 29.08.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is ordered to deposit a sum of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.28 of 2023 in two installments within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and shall produce the said receipt before the Court below and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same on filing of undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.
