The petition has been filed to relax the conditions para no.5(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of six months at 10.30 am for a period of six months ordered in Crl.O.P.No.10227 of 2024 dated 28.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the nature of offences involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
