C.M.P.No.21881 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 3748 to set aside the abatement in S.A.No.1425 of 2013.

2. C.M.P.No.21881 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement in S.A.No.1425 of 2013 as against the 2nd appellant.

3. C.M.P.No.21883 of 2024 has been filed to bring the petitioners / proposed parties 4 to 6, as the legal heirs of the 2nd appellant deceased, Vilvanathan, as 5 to 7 appellants, in S.A.No.1425 of 2013 4.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 2nd appellant is no more. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondents to allow these applications.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking note of the fact that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, the delay is condoned and the petitions are ordered.
