This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 28.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.10141 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned trial Court.
