This petition is filed to extend the time for the petitioner to comply with the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.19602 of 2023 dated 31.08.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Time is extended to the petitioner till 06.11.2023 to comply the conditions as directed by this Court on 31.08.2023, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stands automatically cancelled. No further time will be granted.
