By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.03.2024 and further direct the respondents to pay the compensation to the property of the petitioner in the light of the sale deed dated 20.07.1978.

3. According to the petitioner his property with an extent of 121 sq. meter in Old survey No.306/1, new survey No.306/6, 306/8 in Panaiyapuram Village, Vikkiravandi Taluk, Villupuram District was acquired by the respondents for the purpose of extension of National Highways. However, the compensation was paid to the petitioner only to the extent of 106 sq. meter and for remaining acquired properties of the petitioner, no compensation amount was paid. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 18.03.2024, seeking payment of compensation to the remaining extent of the property acquired from the petitioner and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 will be considered by the respondents 1 to 3 on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the 4th respondent.
