This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 23.08.2023 in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.18634 of 2023 to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
