PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to submit conciliation failure report to 1st respondent over the Industrial Dispute dated 17.11.2016, 29.05.2017 between the petitioners, 3rd respondent and on receipt of such a report direct the 1st respondent to refer the said Industrial Dispute to the Labour Court for adjudication, within a stipulated time.

Today, when the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the conciliation proceedings had ended in failure and pursuant to a failure report, a reference came to be made, which was taken on file by the Labour Court, Puducherry in I.D.No.04 of 2018.
