This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16807 of 2023 dated 03.08.2023, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties, out of which one surety must be a blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties from his native place for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
