This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to bring on record the respondents 4 to 6 herein as defendants 6 to 8 as the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd defendant D.Ganapathy in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the other side has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.
