For Petitioner : M/s.D.Kamatchi O R D E R The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No.372 of 2018 and I.A.No.1652 of 2018 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ambattur.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this court is inclined to dispose of the Civil Revision Petition even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration, permanent injunction and for mandatory injunction. Pending suit, the petitioner also filed interlocutory application seeking temporary injunction in I.A.No.1652 of 2018.

4. The perusal of the E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would suggest that in I.A.No.1652 of 2018, the arguments of both sides were heard as early as 22.10.2019 and thereafter, no orders have been passed and the said Interlocutory application in I.A.No.1652 of 2018 is kept pending. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of I.A.No.1652 of 2018 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The perusal of E-Court entry furnished in the typed set of papers would further suggest that the pleading in the suit was completed as early as October

2020. Thereafter, the matter has been simply adjourned from time to time for framing of issues. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the main suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
