ORDER

(Heard through video conferencing) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the Order dated 30.11.2016 made in in E.P.No.61 of 2016 in A.R.C.No.493 of 2013 on the file of the learned Sub Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the main borrower repaid the entire amount and the matter has been settled. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition.
