2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation.

Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6331 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.25944 of 2024 dated 01.04.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
