Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order of the first respondent made in Pa.Mu.No.4619/N2/2014 dated 15.10.2015 signed dated 27.10.2015 and the order of the fourth respondent made in S.R.No.4497/2012 PCM signed dated 10.6.2013 and quash the same and consequently to direct the fifth respondent to return the sale deed bearing document No.4519 of 2012 dated 3.12.2012 to the petitioner.
