ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and register a case against one Krishnan and his men's.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent police is directed to expedite the enquiry and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cognizable offence is made out.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
