This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2024 issued to conduct enquiry and register a complaint against Mr. P. Arunkumar S/o Panchatcharam.

2. The petitioner seeking direction to take action in matrimonial dispute. Now, it is stated that the fourth respondent was residing in somewhere else. Be that as it may, even if no complaint has been registered, the proper remedy for the petitioner is to file a private complaint.
